Yeah, both of the platforms I mentioned are using today's
values. To see what I'm talking about, go to
freestockcharts.com (Matt uses this for his realtime mechanical
system charts). And Multicharts has different values from
freestockcharts.com and Stockcharts (although with the 34 still
below the 54 EMA).
I see that on Stockcharts; I was just wondering about the
discrepancy. I've tried playing around withe market hours
data, data with pre and/or post market data, and I can't reproduce
those values. Can anyone help me figure this out?
I have SPY charts set up on both Multicharts and
FreeStockCharts.com, and neither of these show a reversal. On
both, the 34 EMA is still below the 54 EMA. Do you have a
theory as to why this might be the case?

for today I get the following 13 ema 108.52
34 ema 109.77
54 ema 109.84

I use Decision Point and it uses the same platform as Stockcharts.
I see the 34 above the 54on both linear and logrithmic.
It shows the same on Stockcharts with the 34 at 109.71 & 54 at 109.69.
