Does anyone have or use a different charting system for their
charts? I am having some problems with getting questions answered
by stockcharts support group. After sending 4 support requests and
not receiving any responses I am looking for another charting
solution. One of the good things about stockcharts is that you can
create lists and do scans. Don't know if this is offered in other
packages or not. TIA for any suggestions.

I have been using stockcharts for two years and have occasionally sent support an e-mail.
I have always received a responce within 24 hours of my e-mail.
Most of my requests have been questions about using their scan engine.
