fricking nutty huh? I've held this a couple of times the
last couple of weeks but got fed up with the tracking error vs the
VIX thus I've sworn this one off from here on out (glad I
didn't own it today as I would've went ape sh$t in the office by
EOD seeing what happened).

It's an ETF and ETF's can do funny things, use the $VIX index instead
