I am sure many of you read the daily newsletter, fairly late at
night, and probably most have heard that blue light from screens of
all types is not good for your sleep. I just
discovered this easy feature of Windows today, with AI help of
course.
Option 2: Windows Night Light (if you're using Windows 10 or 11)
Go to Settings: Open Settings by pressing Windows + I.
Select System: Then go to the Display section.
Toggle Night Light: Turn on Night Light, which reduces blue
light emissions by shifting the screen colors to warmer tones.
Adjust Schedule: You can set the night light to turn on
automatically during specific hours or at sunset.
