Definitely. It's peanuts compared to Gov injections totalling
20% of total GDP last year, but it is measurable. It also ends up
being a very nice sleight of hand in terms of reducing the the
denominator in the EPS calculation.
*20% of GDP figure came from "random but interesting" segment
of tonight's episode of Last Call on CNBC.
