NFCI - lower = looser. I updated the chart with the time
axis visible. This is put out by the Fed themselves so maybe there
is a more in depth discussion on their website.

NFCI - long story short - they're doing what they have to do
without saying it and pissing everyone off. They have to inflate
their way out of the fiscal mess that's being created. This will
continue....until something breaks or people figure it out...or
both. One could lead to the other.

Zero would be neutral. Positive numbers = tight.
