Migrants and Rental Housing
For most landlords, recent migrants wouldn't get to the first
step in the application process. The paperwork needed creates a
non-starter situation. At the end of the day the reality is the
country has a housing shortage and we need more housing. Balance
construction costs, sale prices against the rates issue regarding
TOLL and KBH.
