NYCB - ramping higher. Maybe Mnuchin has advance notice on next
QE and what it will target? Not like they tell us when they turn it
on...only after the fact...maybe, if you even believe that...and
only once they've turned traitor bears into bear soup. Have
to watch for hints the Feds are in the market.

NYCB pulled back hard basically when I posted. Now only up
3% ish. Mnuchin probably like "hey guys, maybe chill out a
bit? Gonna be a really bad look if we rally this thing hard into
the QE announcement..."
