"Credit cards maxed out" - doesn't necessarily have to be the
case if much of the unexpected spending is coming from migrants
with taxpayer/debt/deficit funded debit cards given to them.
(someone called me out for posting what was thought to be a
rumour a couple months back, but we know it's fact now).
