SpaceX alone probably has people tripping over themselves to get
in. Most valuable unicorn out there right now....which probably
means it's wildly overvalued. But this is Merica - valuations are
meaningless.
Did they finalize the end of the accredited investor thing?
If not, I wonder how they are getting around that hurdle.
NIce Digi. 29.22 is the high of the biggest volume bar from last
Thursday. i set an alarm c what it looks like there. Bugger
could get some legs..15 min is testing nice patterns i like.

I was literally talking to someone this morning about finding a
way into SpaceX shares...and then this popped up. Started
with a placeholder. I'm the bag holder at HOD...just wanted to see
if I would have any problems getting a fill. Now I'm going to
figure out how they got around all the hurdles (why go public at
all if you can get funding through this type of mechanism? What
about accredited investor rules? Etc.)
*it's possible I didn't have any problems because I am
registered as an accredited investor with this broker. I'll try
different accounts that aren't registered tomorrow.

possibility of this thing...especially if there are no allocation

It's not cheap at 2.5%, but it's cheaper than most of the PE deals I participate in.
