If so, energy probably doesn't have a long runway. But, I
was a Fed for many years and they are feeling like they face an
existential threat (they're not all wrong...depending on the
agency). They are mobilizing internally and will pull out every
trick in the book for this election - cause democracy is at stake.
The lawfare thing is just an opening volley.
