Looking for a book or other resource that will help me develop a trading routine, and also finding ways to focus on "triggers" vs jumping in too early.  Appreciate any suggestions.

Hard to beat YouTube for trading resources.  Don't get sucked into paying for it, in my opinion, unless you need the motivation that comes with sunk cost guilt...that's a real thing :)

If you're a daytrader or plan to be, check out SMB capital, Brian Shannon,  Joseph James (my current favorite), Wyse trade, Trader Lion and Trade Brigade (weekly videos are awesome). You can watch people trade all day live on YT also. I replaced CNBC with  "Trader TV Live" a couple months ago and haven't looked back...it's great (I use the YT app on my smart TV...not my phone).  ....left out Chad Trades. He's kind of goofy but he lays out trading strategies very clearly (basically puts them on a checklist on the screen that you can copy) and shows examples.
