Demark 17 maybe the new 9?  Or not....let's go for 20!

*This is from the new weekly tab. Sort of makes it even more extreme...depending on how you look at it.

    People (including me at times)

People (including me at times) make this market way more complicated than it is.  The American public has accepted the idea that the Gov shouldn't have a credit card max - they'll even call you names if you suggest it's a bad idea. Now that Congress has acceptance on no credit limit from the public, they are running with it and pushing trillions of over budget deficit spending into the economy per year.  The Fed gov is the largest customer for each of the Mag 6. And each of them buy from each other....often/mostly to fulfill Fed Gov contracts.  Purchasing power is getting crushed as we transfer taxpayer dollars to the mega caps so you have to be involved. It's all very rational once you identify the source of funds.

I was the acquisition policy lead for a large Federal agency for 12 long years. If you don't believe me about the spending levels with the mega caps, you can always check/search SAM.gov    The info is mostly publicly available but media stopped searching it a long time ago (they do have ways of hiding large chunks of spending still but SAM gives a decent overview).

    Can the DeMark count be

Can the DeMark count be greater than 13?

    Yes, it definitely can be

Yes, it definitely can be above 13....and also negative. If you have the indicator on your charts, try unchecking the "show 9 only" box. That allows you to see count by count (and then probably hide it because it's messy).
