again today
Most of the trading rooms I follow are scanning for low
floats and setting alerts to pounce. Anyone short in size in
something under a 10m float is like a deer in the headlights. Could
be the worst company in the world but they will get their asses
handed to them if they buy to cover too much at once and trigger
the low float / short squeeze runners. Low float / short squeeze
are different situation but the same outcome - no offer to hit. But
don't need to have a large amount of short interest to get the
squeeze going when there's a super low float.

True and that's not really the case with these runners lately.
Some have been short squeezes but It's more just the mechanics of a
buying frenzy with a super low float. Turns out to be the same
outcome as a short squeeze - no offer to hit.

I can't wrap my mind around the mentality of someone short a sub $5 or $2 stock.
