Border deal about to pass (at least that's what I'm seeing reported). Another massive slug of debt that will most likely fund the equivalent of more hotel concierges and front desk employees to process people in to the country...I expect very little in the way of "security."  

Any ideas on winners from this new funding?  Motorola got a large spike when the news printed earlier (every concierge needs a radio), but it's mostly given it up already. Maybe Uniform and ADP companies for all the new border concierges and front desk peeps? ADP also a big one for the incoming people.
