    If this is the current

If this is the current cart design I see issues.

1.) Where does a person with small child or baby set the child in this cart?

2.) A purchase such as toilet paper or paper towels in bulk will take up 30-40% of cart because of no bottom rack.

Perhaps they shop differently in other countries but in US I see issues.

    1. Facts. A small fraction of shoppers utilize a cart for child seat but even so they are considering alternatives. The carts are determined by the retailers not Customate. If one wishes to utilize a standard cart and still wait in checkout lines and not receive digital coupons and not be informed of specials they can still select a standard cart.  The cart can also be used to find any product in the store and tell you immediately all ingredients and inform if gluten free in any product while providing you with a running total balance and how much you saved. Just some of the improvements  but too many to list here. Your choice, some still prefer flip phones as well.

    2. Same answer as number 1 but more common at warehouses like Costco where other such carts will be implemented. Home goods stores would be another example of larger cart offerings. Here is a fact, customers purchase 20 percent MORE with smartcarts on data thus far. Basket sizes can be adjusted for what customers prefer in line with retailers preferences so not an issue whatsoever. Customate's screen simply snaps on to EXISTING carts unlike some competitors who produce a bulky 200lb cart. When a fund manager asked the Amazon Go representative at NRF who's product at the show stood out/surprised them? His answer was Customate and evidently others agreed as they won the award for the most interesting product at the entire show.

    3. You also should be aware of the real time data produced including heat map of entire store and retail media which both will supercede all other benefits. So much more than one could even imagine. Take a moment and think how a retailers could interact/monetize customers via retail media and how manufacturers could target consumers with ads/promotions while they are in the store or even better in their isle. Money better spent than on TV, Billboards, etc. Think long and hard about how this product would transcend a typical store. Self checkouts are NOT the solution.

If you really wish to learn all such facts and have answers to any questions like you posed below, we can possibly arrange a zoom call. You don't win an award at NRF out of 50 000 products easily.   Smartcarts overall are in their infancy and have yet to make any inroads (due to high costs etc) so it's best to WAIT and observe or only speculate small until you begin to see such migration.  Further early stage companies must overcome many hurdles especially securing financing to get you through the riggers (and still no guarantees).  Just think back to Steve Jobs working out of his garage, begging for money.   So while they have developed a nice product - one must also see acceptance in the industry.
