Rick will probably be on CNBC giving his grade for the auction
right around 1....FWIW. Price action will be the real grade.
I personally think the grade will be B+ or A. The world
economy is weak and US debt is the best house in a BAD
neighborhood. Every major country has a massive debt problem...so
it's not like there is an alternative that is safer.
