That’s hard to believe. Many of the stocks that are on MY short
targets list were the biggest gainers of the week. And breadth has
been very strong. What could they be shorting for 17%?
No you misinterpreted - that short ideas list increased 17%
(traded higher) as the market squeezed the laggards more than the
general indices. This rally has nothing to do with great
earnings - it's ALL about liquidity/positioning as a result which I
will follow up later with a detailed post.
