$VVIX is in play for a buy signal, however it is just below the
upper band, so could be negated if the markets sell off here. The
buy signal earlier this week was only good for a one-day pop

Sorry, I'm not sure about this now. At the end of the day
yesterday, $VVIX was above the upper band, but it looks like it may
have been adjusted downward later. It's hard to tell. If it did
close above, it was by a hair. My bad.
