The KISS beats the QQQ buy and hold returns in a lot of years,
not all the years. 2008 the system made 11% vs -41.7% the QQQ
lost
what you guys have to really consider is not the total returns,
as some years it doesn't beat just buy and hold, but where things
are DRAMATIC is with the draw down. The max draw down is about 7%,
that's it, whereas the QQQ had draw downs of over 34% last year -
and most years it will have 20% and 30% intra year drawdowns - you
don't experience those draw downs with the KISS - so even in years
where the KISS may make slightly less, the big benefit is the lack
of having to ride through big draw downs
I'd like to put this all in a spreadsheet along with max draw
downs to show that in more detail
