Terrible short yesterday... darn last 3 days of August. Any higher and that HnS everyones been eyeing is a goner.. maybe a giant headfake ? Anyway.. adding to short and opening Aapl short.
sorry to hear that, we all have those type of trades from time to time, it's just part of trading
that said, though my bias was for the SPX to move up to at least the 4500 area so that kept me from shorting, in fact I sold the rest of my UPRO
Arun warned us that the head and shoulders short was too obvious. Amateurs like me rarely get easy wins like that.
yeah we didn't favor those H&S pattern per our comments from the newsletters since last week
That was the fuel - I warned about that HS view (false breakdown and reversal)
