AZ - Chart Link I've had a long term
position in this for quite a while, haven't posted about it in
months and months. Finally moving up over the last month with some
nice news
otherwise from a technical perspective this is a good example of
supply/demand. Notice how that demand zone provided opportunities
for longs over the last 5 months, this last one finally moving up
nicely nearing the 200 MA - short term getting a little overbought
now
I've basically written off that POS - have some shares I got
stuck in, they are in some lawsuit with their reinsurer, I'm just
keeping the shares I have for now. That's the problem with a lot of
those story type stocks, you end up given them too much room and
get stuck in them, vs a trade idea where you would have a stop and
simply stop out of. Most of those story stocks fail, only a
few make it
AZ I like their cart - hoping to see it gain traction over time
- a year or more ago when it was $10 it had no business being
there, but since that time they have had a ton of pilots and
negotiations with big super market chains, they are finally in a
spot to start expanding out of research stage - still a long road
to go. The low $1 range was a good spot for me to average
down.
Yeah again my biggest mistake over the years is not using my
standard risk/stop exits on those former story type stocks - lost a
bunch of money in those over the years - just stupid of me. that
said I do think the AZ could actually play out - so I'm willing to
give this room now as I averaged my price way down over the last
several months in the 1 - 1.2 range, I think my average price now
is $1.4 or something. I will scale out of some shares on
extended rallies, and try to buy some back on pullbacks while
keeping a core
