this adds something nice to the weekly KISS - I added the MACD
KISS/Stoch system setup - shows long and short setups from that
setup - nice additional trades there that occur when the system is
already long or flat
another setup I want to add to that is - see the image again,
note there in July when price got up to kiss the underside of the
ATR, and at the same time the 60 Stochastic was testing the
underside of 50%, and the 5 Stochastic was overbought, that was a
super low risk short setup with a trigger - so I'm going to try and
code that one too
