yeah it's likely just a data issue. Also Stockcharts adjusts
past data for dividends and splits, unless you plot the symbol with
an underscore _ to see the unadjusted data - try that, try plotted
_KRE and _XLF in Stockcharts and see if they match better to your
TOS

fix the issue but i guess based on recent events i'll trust ToS
