of course, any bullish percent chart can get to zero if all the
component stocks in the index generating it go on P&S sell
signals. Doesn't happen very often, it's happened a few times with
BPGDM. BPENER hasn't hit zero before but has gotten real close.
It's hit 100% about 7 times though
