Matt, sorry, I should have been clearer. I meant that when Steve
said there was a 15 point move down from resistance, on the 5
minute chart it appeared to break symmetry (> 12) in the upward
trend that started at about 11:50am, signaling a lower high. Is
that how you see it? And would it's relevance change since it's so
late in the day? Or as junkie points out, a stronger signal on a
larger timeframe (4hr)?
A move up on 60-minute time frame was caught up and stalled by a
down move on 4-hour time frame. Now the 4-hour time frame is close
to giving a buy signal on an oscillator for a larger bounce.

not sure what you are referring to, best to be as descriptive as possible
otherwise there was an intra day break in symmetry that provided a long opportunity on that 4th wave
but there was NOT a break in larger symmetry - symmetry is relative to the time frame you are following
