I can totally relate, Matt. My mother died a few months ago, and
Humana advantage decided to cancel her insurance while she was in
the hospital. They said she had received notice in the mail, but
she has dementia and thought I was Uncle Charlie! Lol. A lot
of good that did! I was her POA, and finally got it resolved,
but it was not easy, even though I am a doctor! So sorry you
are having similar problems. My thoughts and prayers are with
you!
