If you just want to chart a new symbol, you don't need to copy
or create a new layout. A layout is a chart template. I
have a total of one. I have hundreds of saved charts that use
that one saved layout. I think you just want to chart a new
symbol? If so, just click the + symbol in the upper right
(see pic). If that doesn't make sense, reach out to their
tech support.

Thanks rjdst I'm probably not explaining it
well but , If I have 10 save charts and I
want to add MSFT for example ,, I would go to top row manage
layouts click on new layout a copy of the chart I already had open
would appear without annotations and I'd click on the MSFT symbol
on the right that I had added to the list and save it now I
have 11 charts in total , I've been doing that for 7 years
always worked well .. I contacted customer
