on the CCI bungie setups - when you have the CCI divergence, and
a doji - your long trigger is taking out the high of that doji by 1
penny on the following day -the trigger is intra day, NOT the
close. I set by long buy stop order 1 penny of the doji, and if it
executes, I then immediately place my stop at the candle low
