Has big tech always had such large drops on earnings suprises?
These 20% drops like NFLX and FB have had? Just curious if
this is more of a recent event or if that's typical of the
FAANG's?
Happens during bearish trends and when companies miss badly -
NFLX is not a cheap stock and when growth turns negative you get a
strong reaction.
Think about the current backdrop - money is being allocated
towards food and energy so consumers need to cut back - also
competition from all other streaming services
