I haven't done this for a few years, I need to look over the
history and see the overlap. it's a tedious process pain in the
butt. An idea there would be not doing overlapping trades on same
days, but when trades occur on one but not the other. The
complication there is with options, because the ES trade doesn't
confirm until 5 pm, not 4 pm like on SPY
Possibly, the ES system trade could be issued without buying
options at the 5pm afterhours price. Maybe buy the leveraged
etf (which is what I do anyway) to give it more
potential.
