yep - ribbons are wide, they will eventually need to pull in but otherwise was no trigger yet today for any shorts - and once price gapped into that thin zone I showed from the TICK spikes - allowed price to run up higher into that thin zone. 

otherwise inta day there is some divergence to monitor now on a 30 min and 5 min SPX chart. 

otherwise realize that today has been a trend day, and thus you might simply get more of a sideways consolidation mid day vs much of a pullback, then another push in the afternoon - that thin zone still hasn't been filled
