THBR to INDU : point being there was no need to buy the spac pre
merger. The 10 (artificial set price) collapsed 20 pct before
moving back to 10 now. I did not trade this. I am only pointing out
what I learned from trading DGNR. Of course this is hindsight but
the what would have worked better for ME is to buy after merger and
price take down rather than hold the SPAC. I do appreciate these
posts.

Your insight is a good one. Makes me think those $10 artificial price points are good short trades at some point in the SPAC lifecycle.
