the stats are pretty darn good without doing anything. My rules
are go long when the McClellan closes below it's lower Bolinger
Bands then close the trade when the indicator closes back inside
its bands. If the McClellan closes 2 consecutive days you buy
again, if it's 3, you go long again. The most consecutive days I've
seen is 4. Most are 1 of course, see image of the stats.
Again we've been showing this for years but never had an easy
way to do the stats
That is a really interesting study. Maybe can be used with the
other SPY system trades. I've been using that as a way to get back
into the overall market when I have cash out. It would be
interesting to do something like you do with the SPY system; 1st
day buy single etf, second consecutive day below double etf and so
on.

investigating this system I can see some obvious filters to add to make these stats markedly improved. I'll do that and report back
