That said while things like this should be sent to us privately
I'll use this as an opportunity to inform others here in case they
have similar life issues in the future
We think of our members like family and we are very
accommodating. That said generally when a member writes in to me,
instead of canceling their membership I simply add a bunch of free
time to their membership so that they can focus on whatever it is
in their life and then check in from time to time, and once their
issue is over with inform me and I'll restart the time.
So for your account, send me a private message, let me know how
long you need, I"ll add that time to your account but leave it
active instead of canceling it

Matt, I need to cancel my membership. Im going into the hospital for a spinal fusion, full back, and will be down for an extended period.
