Of course that's political, but I am missing your connection between Bush Jr (2008-01-18) and Obama (the other 2 dates).
After the Jan '08 occurrence, market chopped sideways for 4 months before starting the MBS/CDS/CDO induced crash.
A few days after the Mar '08 occurrence, market began its epic bull market run
After the Aug '15 occurrence, market was up sharply for two months, retraced to end the year, then blasted higher again.
Honestly not sure what any of the means or portends (though doubt it has anything to do with political figures).
