I am seeing H&S patterns on lots of tech stocks, and they
are deep like PYPL. Makes me wonder if we are in for a lot more
damage in these stocks and the QQQ. I have been reducing the size
of a lot of positions, but I haven't sold out entirely

You are correct and being prudent. Always be sure to view them
from a weekly perspective. We have been just chopping sideways for
3 - 4 months now, the rotation is still happening underneath the
day to day chop.
