higher now. My preferred longs as quality spacs here as they have
built in downside protection. Amazed that I'm able to buy so many
quality businesses at these prices. A rare opportunity. I picked up
$FRX shares this morning near the lows, it is Beachbody,
combined with a small Cap Peleton bike company. Shaquille O'Neal
and MLK III are involved and the valuation is very reasonable here.
Long term hold for me. Huge potential. It ran to $18 recently on
deal news, so to be able to buy it in the $11s is amazing. New
influencers are Arnold S. himself among others. Accumulate

choppy ride to get down here. I was too weak handed holding SPY puts and sold yesterday. Not complaining
