Expert advice on OCUL please, about to break?
Not expert, but I would have liked it off the 50dma support. Maybe if it breaks out over 12.40ish, but it looks like the easy money has been made s/t. Mabye wait for a pullback for your entry?

Could break either way on news, my bet would be to downside but, market momentum is up.
Anybody's guess. Company operating margin is -1,088% on trailing data.
Going up, 52 high, maybe a slow mover, future looks better
