trades like SRNE are just part of the game, will happen when you trade enough stocks, happens to Steve and I as well from time to time but also it's a rare occurrence so is not something to stress over. The thing you can avoid however is holding into earnings, always check earnings, that's the one thing you can control. Random news you cannot control but earnings you can know in advance.

and also as long as you stick to a disciplined trading approach you will make money trading.  The rare occurrences like SRNE should not affect your long term results
