for DVT's generally we need to see either a fast BPT MA Deluxe
MA go from red to green, which hasn't occurred in a while.
However I added some new logic that will put in a new DVT if
price has moved greater than X% above the last DVT price if not BPT
MA Deluxe has occurred. This is needed more for times when
price goes parabolic like in Jan 2018 where there were no pullbacks
and thus the DVT price would have been too far down - here's an
example of that - notice the BPT MA deluxe didn't have a change to
change red to green on that move - thus the logical allows new
protective DVT's to still be generated. For a new DVT to now be
generated price would have to go quite a bit higher, or we finally
get a pullback that allows the BPT M Deluxe to go red to green
