earlier runnup) the "cup" of a potential cup & handle? If
not, what distinguishes one "V" shaped rally (that is a cup)
from another that isn't a cup?

QQQ completed the {Cup} today. My stop is $214. Any pullback to that level could be viewed as the {Handle} setting up.
