yes the circuit breaker in futures simply means it's now not
allowed to go below that tonight level tonight which is 2819.
It's 5% on futures. That level was hit on ES futures for
example, they can currently be bought but I don't think are allowed
to fallow below that currently. here's an image, you can see
the line through the matrix, not allowing prices to be sold below
it
Tomorrow will be interesting: for the cash there's levels of 7%,
13% and 20% or levels 1, 2, and 3, let's hope we don't see those
