Matt, could you give us a for instance, as in ESV? Is it
higher lows by one bar on the daily, or do you go to a 60 min or
120 bar? Thank you. Thoughts from anyone else as
well?
on ESV first off I knew the group was very oversold, and it had
a nice MACD divergent low, and RSI 5 divergence on the daily. Also
it had been riding it's 9 day EMA down for the last couple months,
I seemed like was poised to break through that 9 EMA and at least
go through to the 20 MA. The 60 min chart looked good as well
but I was basing my trade off the daily. now PSX was a more
traditional pattern, perfect Inv H&S really played out;.
Again all the energy names bounced really, so was easy
pickings
