$SPX - Chart Link- remember on Trend days buy
dips intra day. and generally the way I play them is when it's
obvious that it's gonna be a trend day, I just go ahead and
go long and hold that long in the morning, then add to it on dips.
I'll generally sell that first long around lunch time
as the market will tend to consolidate and pullback some during
that time, then look to buy it back after the lunch time
consolidation
SPX options are best for tax reasons over say SPY options as you
get the 60/40 rule same as futures. Otherwise I tend not to
do them for intra day trend day trades, I mostly stick to ES
futures for simplicity
