$BPSPX - Chart Link- I noticed that these
Bullish Percent charts now update intra day, they previous didn't'
update until about 1 hr after the market close. That's good because
while I show the price levels for SSO where the BPSPX gave buy and
sell signals, those are at the close of the day. While there
were some monster trades there, the biggest whipsaw was the Nov
28th long at 111.76 to Dec 6th sell at 107.98. HOWEVER that's
as of the close, intra day BPSPSX would have likely appeared as a
sell around 111 or so, far far better.
anyway just following up that they update intra day
again I just use a 1 box size to avoid any curve fitting.
Plus the bullish percent charts can only theoretically go
from 0-100 so 1 equals 1% and seems like a good fit. I could
probably get a better curve by trying odd numbers like 1.25 or 1.5
(you can do that if you wish), however I just wanted to keep it
simple and use 1
