yep definitely hit and run market.  On the systems - on SPY the bear long trade closed yesterday, however the system entered the trade via the QE LE oversold which is what is controlling the trade since the bear long went long after, and the QE LE is still holding for now.  On the ES system the same thing, the Bear long closed out yesterday, Anyway I really thought about sending a trade alert yesterday to close 1/2 because of that as a safety, but I also hoping that the market might hold up in the morning and tag the 9 EMA and that we would still get that opportunity.  oh well, we'll see what craziness goes on today

    Matt, what do you mean

Matt, what do you mean by QE LE on the SPY system?  Also, when you say the bear long trade closed, do you mean a long position in SH or a bearish ETF such as SDS?  Thank you.

    there's 10 long sub systems,

there's 10 long sub systems, each can do their own thing.  they are all individual systems on their own - but when put on one chart only the system that triggered first is in control. In the past I used to send orders for all the sub systems but when we had 23 sub systems it was too confusing etc, so I simplified it down to have all the long sub systems on one chart for longs and all the sub systems on another chart for shorts.  Again many sub systems can overlap - on SPY the bear long, bull exhaust, and QE were all long, but entered on different days. Since the QE entered first that's what the system will exit by. The bear long sub system exited yesterday, but QE remains long and so does bull exhaust. This has all been described before however I think you are newer and I had removed that stuff from the section.  I don't have time to go into any more detail now than that with the market open.  anyway the QE is looking for a close over the 8 SMA to exit currently, that's a pretty fast MA, in most market conditions you get that, but obviously this market lately has been way out of norm.
