$36.5, they were entered at a price of $29.25, so a gain of about
25% so far on the options. As I stated I will be including
option trades for the trades for those who wish to trade the
options over the SPY shares

it was explained in the email from last Wed. I choose about 2 months out and a delta's from 0.6 - 0.9 depending on the trade type.
