think the 15 minute candle has to close (i.e. the 15 minutes needs
to be up) for the crossover to be valid. As such, I don't think a
crossover that happens in the final 15 minutes would be valid,
since the market would be closed before you could buy. Can anyone
confirm?

Hey Matt,
What happens if you get a late day cross on your SSO system?. Do you have a cutoff time that it won't take the trade?
