The problem with many of these "insider plays" is that they
often tend to be with small caps that are thinly traded and
therefore ripe for manipulation by insiders. Pump and dump
isn't a notional concept.....
caddpro123 - over 60% of the insider plays I've put out have
been over $10. Only a handful were below 5. As Steve
commented below, there's no conspiracy here. And Steve and I
already talked about bothering ones that are very thin anyway.
that data is simply taken form SEC filings, I look at that data
and decide on the trade idea based on if the insider buying was
recent and near current prices. Like Steve said below, don't over
think it man
If Insiders are willing to put up money to purchase shares then
simply respect that fact - don't get caught up in conspiracy
theories. Trade them in accordance with your objectives or
simply avoid.

that's true, I didn't see that. But regardless 60 min has a nice triangle pattern
